Secure covered storage for bicycles. Campus is a 10-minute ride away.
House rules
The house works well because tenants respect each other's space. These aren't complicated — just the basics that keep things comfortable for everyone.

What student life looks like here
Most tenants are postgraduate or final-year students who value a quiet, focused environment. The house isn't a party house — it's a place to actually get work done and sleep properly.
Campus is a 10-minute walk or 5-minute cycle. There's a supermarket 3 minutes away, a bus stop at the end of the road, and a good café two streets over that most tenants end up using as a second study spot.
I live nearby and am available by message for anything that comes up. Maintenance issues are usually sorted within 48 hours.
